A Red Seal ticket is the floor, not the ceiling. Through the International Training Institute (iTi) — jointly run by SMART and SMACNA — members have access to standardized advanced curricula used across Canada and the United States.

SMART members can register directly with the iTi for online and distance-learning courses. Some courses require your contractor and JATC coordinator to co-sign a Scholarship Loan Agreement — the hall can walk you through it.
